I am fairly politically conscious. When I’m at home I read political blogs all day. I check various news sites at least every half an hour. Today I came across something that made me flip out in anger. Time Warner has proposed a rate increase for postage and the Postal Regulatory Commission has adopted that rate increase. The rate increase directly benefits a large publisher like Time Warner because it lowers bulk shipping, while increasing rates for for smaller publishers who have smaller shipments.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Why is the government accepting proposals from a major corporation who will be the only one to profit from this proposal? It is totally unfair to small publishers, small business and to EVERY SINGLE AMERICAN.
